Course Fee
The course fee includes instruction, course materials, and the use of software and computers. The course fee does not include accommodation, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by the course participant.
Substitutions
A qualified substitute will be allowed to attend in the enrolee’s place and this substitution can be made at any time prior to the course.
Cancellation by the client
A full refund is paid for courses that are cancelled with at least two weeks notice prior to commencement of the course (except for credit card or American Express bookings, which are subject to a 5% cancellation fee).
For cancellations received with less two weeks notice, the full course fee is payable.
Cancellation by Javaconsult
Javaconsult reserves the right to cancel a course. In the case of a course cancellation, Javaconsult's liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course and Javaconsult shall not be responsible for any consequential loss arising whatsoever. Javaconsult will, however, endeavour to give enrolees as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrolment.
